Charred octopus salad with rocket, chard, capers and chorizo. You can’t really see the octopus. But that is normal; they are famous for their ability to merge into the surroundings. You get close and then, whap!, the tentacles have got you! I am told it was delicious. But octopus doesn’t agree with me – overactive imagination.
That isn’t a side plate. It’s their largest plate.¬†And they still can’t get the whole plaice on it.

These were lovely crispy salmon fishcakes. Smoked salmon, so really salmony.
